This decree was adopted by the Government Council and it concerns the distribution of governmental aid to foster the modernisation of public administration. The text aims to set up an incentive for all actors (administrations, local authorities, public establishments, private sector, associations, cooperatives, foundations and training institutes) by offering them some financial support of they use the Amazigh language.
