The Festival offers an international competition between school films.
The Jury of the international competition will award the following prizes: the Grand Prize, The Jury Prize, Best Documentary, Best Fiction, Prize for Best Animation, Prize for Human Rights.
The BIDAYYAT ARTCINE Association and the Faculty of Letters and Social Sciences of Tetouan organize the festival in partnership with the Moroccan Cinematographic Center and Moroccan and foreign organizations.
