After being closed for four years, the library is once again open to the public. The work involved reinstalling the electrical and water networks, installing heating and air-conditioning equipment, and carrying out dehumidification work. The library is divided into a children's section, a section for the elderly, a pre-school section and a section for the blind and visually impaired, with a total of more than 30,000 works on display.
