This four-day gastronomic exhibition allows visitors to discover the specialities of Western Algeria, thanks to the participation of thirteen cooks who tell the story of the traditional cakes "griwech", "makrout", "torno" and "kaak".
This event is part of the programme of the tourism and handicrafts sector in Oran, allowing housewives and rural craftswomen who have received training in the field of pastry to promote their products.
