Dubai talent pass: Dubai Airport Free Zone is launching a pass to attract new talent.

The pass talent offers freelancers a three-year residency visa and a licence.

The programme targets several industries: art, media, technology, marketing, culture, education, marketing and consultancy. It is another action from the UAE to strengthen its independent and international workforce.

Dubai wants its creative and cultural sectors to become a crucial part of its economy. In November 2021, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, launched the UAE National Strategy for Cultural and Creative Industries to promote the growth of these sectors and increase their contribution to the country's gross domestic product.
