Alan Geaam, Michelin and Lebanese chef for his eponymous restaurant, inaugurates FAURN, his new address in the Parisian neighbourhood of Le Marais. The place is dedicated to Lebanese galettes and Levantine baked pastries.
The chef has been creating new addresses in Paris since 2020: the Qasti bistro in 2020; Sâj, dedicated to Lebanese galettes of the same name, in 2021; Qasti Shawarma & Grill; and Doukane, a Lebanese grocery shop in 2022. All of these places are located in the same neighbourhood, near the Pompidou Museum.
Alan Geaam has also just been awarded the medal of the "Cuisiniers de France".
