The Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts (ALBA) organises "The Heart Expo" for students in difficulty.

From June 3 to 6, the ALBA's alumni association presents an exhibition of more than 200 art pieces by approximately fifty Lebanese artists. Sculptures, paintings, photographs and ceramics are exhibited in the multipurpose room at the entrance of the academy.

All the exhibition's profits will be donated to students in need.

Founded in 1937, ALBA has been dedicated to fine arts education since 1959 and currently includes the School of Architecture, the School of Plastic and Applied Arts, the School of Decorative Arts - with sections for interior design, graphic arts and advertising as well as furniture design - as well as the School of Film and Audiovisual Production and the Institute of Urban Planning. It is now part of the University of Balamand.
