- Decreasing restrictions on exports, with a lifting of restrictions regarding the export of art pieces.
- Encourage cultural and creative industries initiatives which are key for a global and sustainable development.
- Review the management of the national heritage to better preserve and promote it.
- Improve the infrastructure and the digitisation process.
