The Ibn Rochd Forum is a new friendship association between Andalusia and Morocco, with the aim of promoting relations between Morocco and Spain and strengthening mutual understanding between the two peoples. The association "undertakes to develop a programme of activities in both countries to enable our thinkers, artists, academics, intellectuals, cultural, civil rights and cooperation activists and members of civil society associations to express themselves, get to know each other and pass on their messages of harmony and coexistence in this shared territory" - press release.
