Dima Abdallah has published her second novel, "Bleu nuit", published by Sabine Wespieser.

Summary: the narrator is terrified of facing the outside world. He lives cloistered in his flat, until the death of Alma, the only woman he has ever loved. Following this event, he finally leaves his home, deciding to live on the street after throwing his keys into a manhole. He wanders around Parisian neighbourhood "Père-Lachaise", changing his location every night, trying to ward off the violent reminiscences that haunt him.

The author won France-Lebanon Adelf Prize for her first novel "Mauvaises herbes", also published by Sabine Wespieser and which was given a special mention by the jury of the 2020 Arab Literature Prize organised by the Arab World Institute and the Lagardère Foundation .
