Four Tunisian writers at the Sharjah Cultural Honor Forum.

Ibrahim Chabbouh, Ali Chebbi, Mohamed Salah ben Amor and Abdulaziz Kacem were honoured at the eleventh edition of the Sharjah Cultural Honour Forum, which was held at the Centre for Arab and Mediterranean Music in Sidi Bou Saïd. This Emirati tribute was paid in recognition of their contribution to the development of Arab thought. It is the result of their contribution to strengthening the role of translation and the development of critical thinking.

The forum annually honours literary figures who have contributed to the development and influence of modern Arab culture. The ceremony was marked by the presence of the Minister of Cultural Affairs, Hayet Ketat Guermazi, and Emirati Abdullah Al Qwais, Chairman of the Department of Culture in Sharjah, who is behind this initiative in favour of contemporary Arab culture.
