Hosted at the National Museum of Fine Arts, the exhibition is entitled "It's light when it's dark". It looks back on the last forty years of Abdelmalek Medjoubi's artistic creation. The scenography adopts a chronological path, which begins in 1970 and ends with the post-Covid period.
The retrospective shows numerous canvases of urban landscapes revisited or dressed with characters, shapes and colours characteristic of his cold palette of blue and grey.
