Organised by the Arts and Culture Establishment of the wilaya of Algiers, this exhibition entitled "Romanticism" is being held at the Mohamed-Temmam exhibition space until 31 January.
The exhibition shows many realistic portraits of women, painted in watercolour, questioning the passage of time and the cycle of life.
The artist also unveils paintings on the themes of escape and modernity, notably with a series of paintings taken from a previous exhibition, "Mysticism", in which he evoked through symbols a way of life shaken by modernity.
