The competition for the "Requalification of the Acropolis of Byrsa and the rehabilitation of the National Museum of Carthage" project, financed by the European Union in Tunisia and implemented by Expertise France in partnership with the Tunisian Ministry of Cultural Affairs, announced the winners. The first prize was won by the German group Thorsten Kock.
Closed since 2018, the National Museum of Carthage wishes to become a new cultural space combining its traditional missions of conservation and enhancement of the Carthaginian heritage with new missions focused on service.
