The archaeological discovery on Siniyah Island in the United Arab Emirates follows 2022 excavations during which a series of walls and rooms were found on the site.
The excavation process involves experts and materials from around the world to assist the archaeologists on site. For example, this is the first time that students from New York University Abu Dhabi have been welcomed to participate in the excavation process.
