The artist prepared his return to the Tunisian music scene for three years, and it was on the occasion of the Carthage Music Days that he decided to present his work for the first time. The show took place on 27 January at the Cinéma Théâtre le Rio in Tunis.
"Hattaya" is a series of musical tales which tells the daily life of peasants travelling from the south to the north of the country during the harvest. This musical journey follows the road taken by the "Hattaya" - seasonal workers who criss-cross the country from one harvest to another, from one season to another.
