The AlUla Citrus Festival features a wide variety of local produce.

Running until 21 January, the festival offers visitors fresh local agricultural products that bring significant economic benefits to the region. The festival also provides an opportunity to market citrus products, including jams, juices, baked goods, confectionery, perfumes, detergents and cosmetics.

Oranges are AlUla's pride and joy, accounting for some 70-80% of production. These include the following varieties of oranges: Jaffa, sukkari, baladi (ideal for juice extraction), mandarins and clementines, among others.

Several activities are planned, such as the preparation of recipes with top chefs, like the programme produced with Michelin star WIlliam Ledeuil.

The event attracts visitors from the region but also from abroad, thus contributing to the kingdom's economy and being in line with the government's Vision 2030.
